difficult to organize. At Stem to Stern Sales, we have the expertise necessary to make your
sale run smoothly -- and you won't have to lift a finger!
- Appraisals

Estates often need to have their contents appraised, be it for
tax-related reasons or for family members. Stem to Stern can handle all of the fine details
involved in an appraisal. In most cases, we will then have a sale of the items that remain and
will deduct the appraisal fee from our commission.
- Auctions

Selling your items at auction can be a fun and exciting
alternative to hosting an estate sale. Stem to Stern has the capability to move an entire household of
antiques into a suitable area, such as an event hall, for the auction.

In some cases, a sale on the premises just doesn't work. If
there are not enough contents remaining after the family has moved, or there just isn't enough time
for a sale, Stem to Stern Sales can offer a positive alternative. We will purchase the entire estate
